A Mid-Century Diamond and Gold Mesh Minaudière, Circa 1950–1960 Designed as an 18 karat yellow gold woven mesh minaudière, the front accented by a sinuous white gold diamond-set band, set with 87 round diamonds weighing approximately 2.75 carats. Suspended from a 28-inch gold chain. Measuring 8 inches wide by 4¼ inches high when closed, opening to approximately 8¼ inches in height; gross weight approximately 375 dwt. (583 grams).
