Ladies Swiss Platinum and Diamond Covered Wristwatch by Sellita Circa 1950's. The watch features 157 brilliant cut diamonds that weigh approximately 20.00cts. They are set in a handmade platinum mounting with a hidden activator that opens the watch cover. There are 110 round brilliant cut diamonds that weigh 13.75; 26 baguette cut diamonds that weigh 1.50cts; and 21 marquise cut diamonds weighing 5.00cts. The watch measures 6" long and it weighs 34.40dwt/53.3g.
